If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results from our own security failure.

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or if your access has been suspended or terminated by Tiramisu AI.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tiramisu AI lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, platform policies, or applicable law.

• Do not upload or generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass service limits or security protections.
• Do not resell access, share accounts improperly, or use automated systems in ways that materially harm the platform or other users.

4. Generated content and licenses

As between you and Tiramisu AI, you retain ownership of your inputs and, to the extent allowed by law and third-party provider terms, your generated outputs.

You grant Tiramisu AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the service, enforce safety rules, investigate abuse, and provide support.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans, credits, subscription renewals, and pricing details are presented at checkout or within your account. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your selected plan.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer, payments are non-refundable once processed. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively with notice.

6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Tiramisu AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will always be accurate, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiramisu AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

7. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service unlawfully.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, and your continued use of the service after that date means you accept the changes.
